French niche house Serge Lutens has introduced La Nuit Tombée, a new fragrance in the brand’s Collection Noire.

In the waning winter sun, prolonging our shadows and memories into infinity, darkness suddenly weighs down with all its might on the light of what our lives once were. Smoothly, elegantly, it lets us glimpse its uproars and silences in the recesses of our memory. At a slight distance, its dark skin is smoked with incense, cedar and patchouli.
